About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team at LGC, a company dedicated to science for a safer world. This role involves supporting the full-cycle recruitment process in the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment requirements and process
- →Review resumes/applications to identify qualified candidates
- →Source and attract candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking and talent pools
- →Conduct initial screening conversations with selected candidates
- →Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), SmartRecruiters
- →Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication
- →Ensure a positive stakeholder experience by providing insights and partnership during the hiring process
- →Focus on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- →Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects to improve our offering to LGC
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with the wider HR team and key stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Passionate about recruitment with excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to identify potential in candidates
- ✓Experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
- ✓Knowledge of various sourcing channels and employer branding strategies
