About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our fast-growing team at Life360. This role is integral to our Sales organization, focusing on client retention and growth through innovative native advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the main point of contact for client relationships from insertion order receipt to campaign completion
→Educate clients on how native advertising and the Nativo platform can contribute to campaign success
→Partner with Sales to retain and grow accounts, strategizing on upsell and incremental tactics
→Manage the campaign-launch process including IO processing, asset collection, and content creation
→Work cross-functionally with Content, Campaign Operations, and Analytics to deliver custom solutions
→Assemble and present post-campaign reports with actionable insights
→Assist with the development of strategy for renewal accounts
→Identify and document product and process enhancements
→Develop a thorough understanding of internal processes to effectively serve clients

Requirements

✓2-4 years of experience as an account or media person at an advertising/creative agency, publisher, or adtech company
✓Interest in strategizing with and presenting to clients/agencies
✓Experience analyzing data sets to extract meaningful insights
✓Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and advertising technologies
✓Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients
✓Resourceful, quick-witted, and able to troubleshoot internally and externally
✓Ability to work in fast-paced environments
✓Knowledge of creative design, messaging, and marketing to brand
✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
✓Experience analyzing data from platforms such as DoubleClick, Atlas, MediaMind, Radian6, Google Analytics
✓Comfort with Google Drive, Excel, and PowerPoint
✓Excellent written communication and presentation skills
✓BA/BS required
