About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our team at Lighthouse, a company disrupting commercial strategy for the hospitality industry. This role focuses on scalable data architectures, complex data transformations, and handling large data streams that impact hotels worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

→Research and test data processing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
→Implement streaming and batch data processing pipelines
→Clean, analyze, and extract datasets from external sources
→Guarantee data integrity and quality by extending logging, monitoring, and outlier detection systems
→Deploy and monitor applications in a reproducible and scalable way
→Experiment with and take ownership of our tech stack/infrastructure to find ways to improve it
→Provide support to team members and other teams in the company
→Contribute to our AI evolution by embedding intelligence into our platform

Requirements

✓Bachelor or Master degree in a software engineering field
