About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Launch Services team. This role involves overseeing the customer onboarding process from start to finish and serving as the main point of contact for customers during this process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage expectations
- →Ensure customer training is completed throughout the onboarding process
- →Schedule internal resources for project-related tasks like hardware installation and billing setup
- →Communicate with customers on implementation status and upcoming training dates
- →Manage a segment of customers working through the onboarding process
- →Maintain consistent updates to customers based on task completion
- →Update customer records in CRM and web-based tools
- →Manage the timeline from sales close to system usage
- →Ensure great customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- ✓Experience in the Golf Industry or being an avid golfer
- ✓Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email
- ✓Experience with resource planning and task assignment
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- ✓Fluency in English as a working language is required
- ✓Even better if you have:
- ✓Experience with the retail or hospitality industry
- ✓Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written
- ✓Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or ChurnZero
