About the Role
Lightspeed is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our global SaaS platform for hospitality and retail brands. You will be the central connection between our Account Management team, customers, and the rest of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize processes for the Account Management team
- →Coordinate contract changes, product updates, and SLA management
- →Serve as the central interface between Account Management, Sales, Support, and Finance
- →Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve issues
- →Help create and implement structures for the DACH region
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a coordinating, operational, or process-oriented role
- ✓Understanding of B2B SaaS logics (e.g., renewals, product adoption, account workflows)
- ✓Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
- ✓Precise work, effective prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- ✓Clear communication skills in German and English
- ✓Team player with a hands-on attitude
