About the Role
Lightspeed is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Representative to join their hospitality team in Ghent. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and is responsible for driving revenue growth by qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources through telephone and email communication
- →Create a positive first impression for prospects and customers
- →Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit
- →Manage multiple lead sources including calls, emails, chats, and referrals
- →Manage the customer database using Salesforce
- →Develop new strategies with the Sales Development Manager to grow the sales pipeline
Requirements
- ✓Hospitality, Sales, or customer-facing experience
- ✓Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other)
- ✓Fluency in Dutch and French, with English as a must
