About the Role
Lightspeed is looking for a high-energy and driven Sales Development Representative to join their hospitality team in Amsterdam. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers and is responsible for driving revenue growth by qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources through telephone and email communication
- →Create a positive first impression for prospects and customers
- →Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit
- →Manage multiple lead sources including calls, emails, chats and referrals
- →Manage the customer database using Salesforce
- →Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies and meet sales goals
Requirements
- ✓Hospitality, Sales or customer facing experience
- ✓Experience in technology (software, mobile or other)
- ✓Fluency in Dutch is a must
