Senior Implementation Specialist at Lightspeedhq

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join the Launch Services team for our Golf product. This role involves overseeing the customer's hospitality onboarding process from start to finish, leading onboarding sessions, and helping with account configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• →Schedule and facilitate one-to-one and one-to-many training sessions on back office configuration, menu editing, and POS terminal workflows
• →Deliver remote and on-site implementation and technical support services to customers
• →Educate and train customers on POS settings and configuration tools
• →Design and configure customer food and beverage menus
• →Manage and support strategic accounts to drive success
• →Mentor, coach, and develop team members
• →Update customer records in Hubspot, ChurnZero, and other web-based tools
• →Work closely with Implementation Specialists, Consultants, Managers, and cross-functional teams
• →Evaluate customer comprehension and adjust teaching methods
• →Build and maintain active relationships with customers
• →Maintain high customer satisfaction through the post-sales relationship
• →Travel to customers for implementation and support up to 40% of the time
