About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to join LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) business. This role will act as a trusted thought partner to APAC leadership, owning critical business cadences and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a day-to-day thought partner to the VP of APAC LTS Sales
→Steer development and execution of LTS strategic priorities
→Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness, including leadership team meetings, QBRs, and OKR management
→Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS
→Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization
→Connect macro-level impacts to micro-level team impacts
→Use problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems and deliver recommendations
→Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization
→Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has the necessary frameworks and resources

Requirements

✓Strong program management rigor and sound business judgment
✓Experience working with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment
✓Ability to work with an India-based leader in IST time zone
✓Flexibility to work APAC business hours with the ability to flex to EMEA/APAC/NAMER regional hours as needed
✓Some travel may be required
