About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Workplace Change Management and PMO to join our team responsible to lead and operationalize our Relationship Workplace strategy across LinkedIn. This role will oversee and have accountability for PMO execution excellence, project and program management, relationship management, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and recommend innovative delivery options utilizing best practices and trends
- →Lead team members in identifying and providing recommendations to initiative/project teams that mitigate risk
- →Manage the delivery of programs and projects across multiple teams
- →Champion team and program/project goals, ensure adherence to business processes
- →Oversees the team's deployment of large-scale and/or regionally based delivery solutions
- →Develop, manage, and report on the scope, schedule, and budget of the projects
- →Engage, advise, and collaborate with other internal teams to maintain the corporate vision
- →Define the Change Strategy and Framework for the Relationship Workplace
- →Drive Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment
- →Design and Lead Employee Experience Journeys
- →Develop Communication and Engagement Plans
- →Establish and Consistently Measure KPIs and Impact
- →Establish Change Management Playbooks and Toolkits
- →Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning and Agility
- →Provide Leadership for high-performing team
Requirements
