About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Trust Review Operations Analyst to join LinkedIn and help maintain a professional and safe platform. This role is critical for identifying and addressing abuse by inauthentic entities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead weekend shift supporting hot button topics (HBT) rapid response and escalation
- →Provide guidance to junior reviewers to facilitate skill growth
- →Collaborate with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to optimize processes
- →Maintain expertise in escalation review and rapid response
- →Drive operational improvements for escalations and hot button topics
- →Work within escalations and site enforcement review queues at least 50% of time
- →Conduct investigations into metric variations and trends
- →Contribute to development of new processes for required analytics
- →Collaborate with team members to address emerging trends
- →Calibrate with leadership on complex issues
- →Take ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision
Requirements
