About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager, Growth to join LinkedIn's team. This role focuses on building and maintaining a global pool of pre-vetted annotation talent to support mission-critical AI/ML initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain a global pool of pre-vetted annotation talent across domains with targeted language and domain coverage.
- →Design and run proactive sourcing programs to keep contributor talent warm and ready.
- →Monitor expertise coverage maps to close gaps and reduce ramp latency across regions and time zones.
- →Scale responsibly; manage compliance, quality, and surge capacity using crowdsourcing best practices.
- →Vet and close annotation talent via interviews.
- →Accelerate talent onboarding to meet rapid launch SLAs (24–72 hours) with clear checklists for high
Requirements
- ✓Experience in program management or talent acquisition
- ✓Strong understanding of AI/ML initiatives and data annotation
- ✓Ability to manage global teams and ensure fast, accurate matching and onboarding
- ✓Experience with crowdsourcing best practices and compliance management
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to work with Product teams to improve matching workflows and contributor visibility
