About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) business. This role will act as a trusted thought partner to APAC leadership, owning critical business cadences and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a day-to-day thought partner to the VP of APAC LTS Sales
- →Steer development and execution of LTS strategic priorities
- →Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness, including leadership team meetings, QBRs, and OKR management
- →Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS
- →Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization
- →Connect macro-level impacts to micro-level team operations
- →Use problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems and deliver data-driven recommendations
- →Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization
- →Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has the resources for best-in-class program management
Requirements
- ✓Strong program management rigor and sound business judgment
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment
- ✓Ability to work APAC business hours with flexibility to EMEA/NAMER hours as needed
- ✓Leadership and mentorship experience
- ✓Data analysis and strategic planning skills
- ✓Excellent communication and influence skills
