We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Product Builder to join LinkedIn's Innovation & Solutions team. This role focuses on building innovative recruiting tools that empower teams to be more insightful, efficient, and human.

Requirements
- ✓Ability to prototype, test, and iterate innovative recruiting tools
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Business partners
- ✓Strong product instincts and a builder’s mindset
- ✓Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and align stakeholders
- ✓Experience with AI-powered tools and data solutions
