WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will:
- Support the COO in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination
- Prepare meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep key initiatives on track
- Drive operational projects and ensure structured execution across teams
- Coordinate communication between leadership, product, sales, and implementation
- Help optimize internal processes to make the company faster and more scalable
- Bring clarity and structure to complex topics in a fast-paced startup environment
