About the Role
The Global Technical Support Specialist will join Litmos, a leading eLearning solutions provider, to deliver 24/7 customer support. This role involves troubleshooting product issues, collaborating with global teams, and maintaining knowledge bases.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide phone, email, and chat assistance to customers, consultants, and partners on Litmos products
- →Analyze configurations and system logs to determine issue causes
- →Maintain accountability for issues until resolution
- →Report errors/bugs to Development
- →Provide consulting for procedural issues and queries
- →Work closely with global peers to resolve issues within SLAs
- →Share knowledge and best practices with the team
- →Contribute to Product Support Knowledge Base
- →Participate in weekend support coverage and rotational shifts
Requirements
- ✓Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓At least 1 year of customer support experience, SaaS experience preferred
- ✓Excellent English communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a shift-based, global support environment
- ✓Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and REST-based API
- ✓Understanding of SSO and SAML concepts
- ✓Awareness of cloud system architecture and SaaS environment
- ✓Good understanding of SQL
- ✓Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Working knowledge of Service Management ticketing systems
