The Role
The Marketing Insights team is an integral department within LiveScore Group and the Casino Marketing Insights team is looking to expand to support the growth of the Casino vertical. As a Casino Insights Analyst, you will work with multiple teams and stakeholders, across many areas of the business, to optimise market share, highlight opportunities and trends, all helping to create a thrilling experience for our Casino customers. With an abundance of data to work with, our analysts use a range of analytical tools, to provide senior leaders in the business with actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Working in collaboration with multiple areas of the business to identify opportunities for LiveScore Casino to grow.
β’ Analysing customer, transactional, and game level data to understand customer behaviour, identify trends, build reports, and solve real world business problems by transforming data into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders across the business.
β’ Creating customer segmentations to deliver increased personalisation and a greater customer experience across the product.
β’ Monitoring the performance of Casino by pro-actively investigating changes in core KPIs, spotting trends, and identifying the reasons behind the changes.
β’ Understanding the needs of the business and its stakeholders, especially within the Marketing and Casino areas, to ensure analytical needs are met and challenged.
β’ Presenting analytical findings in a compelling and engaging way to influence decisions and drive change across the business.
β’ Conducting regular forecasting and scenario analysis to increase the business's confidence in and visibility of expected future performance.
β’ Regularly monitoring LiveScoreβs core KPIs to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and pro-actively drive greater business value.
β’ Building and maintaining dashboards to enable stakeholders to access self-serve performance insights.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
β’ Suitable experience as an analyst working with large datasets, preferably in the context of the betting and gaming industry.
β’ Commercially minded, with the ability to write SQL or Google BigQuery independently and to a high standard.
β’ Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, preferably backed by a numerical, analytical or data-focused degree.
β’ Experience of financial modelling.
β’ Previous experience of analysing CRM, Acquisition, or Promotional marketing campaigns.
β’ Ability to adapt analytical approach to suit different market conditions, business contexts, and stakeholder needs.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated desire to find and solve business problems.
β’ Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to learn quickly, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
β’ Ability to communicate and confidently and coherently, including verbal and written presentation skills.
β’ Ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders and other teams within the business.
