About the Role
livingHR is seeking a high-performing Legal & HR Executive Recruiter to join and help expand their growing Executive Search practice. This role requires demonstrated success in recruiting lateral law firm partners, legal executives, General Counsel, CHROs/CPOs, and senior HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle retained and engaged executive searches for lateral law firm partners, General Counsel, CHROs/CPOs, and C-level leaders
- →Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analysis
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm leaders, corporate executives, and boards
- →Build, grow, and maintain a personal book of business
- →Identify and pursue new client opportunities within legal and HR executive markets
- →Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with high-performing legal and HR leaders
- →Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of executive search experience in an agency or external search firm environment
- ✓Demonstrated success recruiting lateral law firm partners, General Counsel, CHROs/CPOs, and senior HR executives
- ✓Proven experience managing external client accounts and growing a book of business
- ✓Strong understanding of law firm economics, lateral hiring dynamics, corporate legal department structures, and HR leadership capabilities
- ✓Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals
- ✓Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
- ✓Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential searches
- ✓Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require
