About the Role
We are looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist with German language skills to join our fast-growing vacation rental technology company. This role involves guiding new customers through account setup and ongoing support to maximize their use of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βOnboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify account, connections and training on the system via phone calls and screen-sharing calls
- βUnderstand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey
- βProvide a consultative approach to customers to ensure proper utilisation of Lodgify
- βAnalyse the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve adoption of Lodgifyβs products and drive upgrades or upsells
- βGather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team
- βWork together with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximise value for customers
Requirements
- β1+ year of experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in a high-growth SaaS environment or a recent graduate with a relevant degree
- βTech-savvy with an ability to fully understand our software
- βNative or near-native level of German and English
- βAvailability to work afternoon shifts
- βExperience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner
- βAbility to manage multiple accounts at the same time
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts
- βExcellent organisation skills and detail-oriented
- βFast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment
- βExperience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred
