About the Role
We are looking for a Satellite Program Manager to join Loft Orbital and support execution of spacecraft programs and customer missions. This role will own defined programs or major workstreams and grow toward full end-to-end accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own delivery of assigned programs, projects, or major workstreams
- →Coordinate execution across engineering, software, AIT, and operations
- →Track schedule, scope, and risks for owned scope
- →Build and maintain executable schedules for owned scope
- →Identify risks early and propose mitigations
- →Track issues and drive closure
- →Interface directly with customers on execution topics
- →Track contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables
- →Provide clear, accurate status to internal leadership and customers
- →Maintain accurate documentation and decision records
Requirements
- ✓3–7 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or project leadership
- ✓Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- ✓Ability to build and manage schedules for technical work
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✓Experience in satellite or aerospace programs
- ✓Exposure to Integrated Master Scheduling
