About the Role
The PMO Intern will support the successful delivery of a complex ERP project by providing central support to the Project Manager. This role ensures key information, actions, and dependencies are tracked, documented, and communicated consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and structure project documentation using tools like OneNote, Outlook, and SharePoint
- →Maintain project trackers in Excel and Azure DevOps for backlog, actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- →Prepare status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for ITC/UAT
- →Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking
- →Assist with ITC & UAT planning and execution, including scenario tracking and coordination
- →Support risk and dependency tracking, including "what-if" analysis
- →Maintain training trackers and cutover preparation documentation
- →Support governance setup and maintenance
Requirements
- ✓Currently studying Project Management, Business, IT, or Engineering
- ✓Strong Excel skills for creating trackers, lists, and KPIs
- ✓Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- ✓Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Good written communication skills (English required)
- ✓Interest in IT projects and Change Management
