About the Role

We are looking for a Product Visual Designer to join the Retail Creative Services team at Lovehoney Group. This role involves creating high-impact digital assets that bring products to life across customer touchpoints, directly reporting to the Head of Retail Creative Services.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and deliver product-focused digital creative, with a primary emphasis on product page imagery for the ecommerce website and third-party marketplaces.
→Translate product features, benefits, and brand positioning into clear visual solutions for new product launches.
→Collaborate closely with photography, motion, and video creatives to shape creative direction and deliver cohesive, multi-format assets.
→Maintain creative quality, brand consistency, and accuracy across all digital outputs.
→Apply emerging tools and technologies to support ideation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within product-focused creative workflows.

Requirements

✓2+ years of hands-on experience producing high-quality, product-led digital visuals for ecommerce sites and major marketplace environments.
✓Strong understanding of digital design principles and ecommerce image requirements.
✓Curiosity and working familiarity with 3D, AI-assisted, and emerging visualization or illustration workflows.
✓Strong working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and AI generative tools.
✓Proactive, reliable, and well-organized, with high attention to detail.
✓Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
