About the Role
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join Lovehoney Group, the world’s leading sexual wellbeing company. This 6-month fixed-term contract role will be integral to driving high-level performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with senior operational stakeholders across office salaries, warehouse, goods out, and royalties, providing insightful reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- →Build and maintain scalable reporting tools to actively manage and provide visibility on budget and forecast performance.
- →Act as a contributor within our leading-edge FP&A system, Pigment, and be proficient in other tools including NetSuite, BigQuery, Superset, and Excel.
- →Support the Director of FP&A in producing C-level monthly reporting packs and strategic analysis.
- →Deliver commercial insights to senior stakeholders that directly impact EBITDA performance.
Requirements
- ✓Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong appraisal history or ratings.
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments and senior stakeholders.
- ✓Experience of accounting in an international company under IFRS would be beneficial.
- ✓Prior experience in retail or within an FP&A function is desirable.
- ✓Demonstrable systems proficiency, including FP&A tools, ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite), advanced Excel, and SQL-based reporting tools (e.g. BigQuery, Power BI).
