About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a focus on TikTok to join Lovehoney Group. This role will drive high-level performance across organic social media channels, primarily TikTok and secondarily Instagram, creating engaging content that resonates with audiences and promotes sexual wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead day-to-day management of organic social channels with primary focus on TikTok
- →Plan, create, and publish engaging social content including short-form video, Reels, carousels, and stories
- →Independently film, edit, and post reactive and planned content, appearing on camera when appropriate
- →Write on-brand captions and schedule content informed by performance data and platform best practices
- →Support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen storytelling across social channels
- →Pitch bold, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries
- →Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- →Actively engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic way
- →Track and analyze channel performance, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓3+ years' experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house
- ✓Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including content formats, trends, and algorithms
- ✓Solid experience using social analytics to inform content and strategy decisions
- ✓Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
- ✓Passion for content marketing and finding creative, unexpected ways to tell brand stories organically
- ✓Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally or internationally, as required
