About the Role
We are looking for a Working Student - Sales Operations to join Lovehoney Group, the world’s leading sexual wellbeing company. This role will be integral to driving high-level performance across the organization, supporting daily B2B sales operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support key operational sales processes, from managing new line forms to onboarding new B2B customers.
- →Maintain and enhance B2B sales reporting and key documents to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
- →Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and reports to drive sales digitalisation and operational excellence.
- →Assist in preparing annual review meetings, product pitches, and range reviews.
- →Analyse key sales and margin performance data to provide insights for management reviews.
Requirements
- ✓Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- ✓Initial experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Account Management through internships is a plus.
- ✓Strong organisational skills and confidence working with Excel, reports, and project management tools.
- ✓Structured, proactive, and accountable working style with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- ✓Fluent German and English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
