About the Role
LumiMeds is seeking a Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager to own strategy, execution, and optimization across major ad platforms. This role focuses on improving conversion rates and lifecycle performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and scale paid budgets efficiently across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Tiktok Ads, Microsoft Ads, App Lovin, and Ad Roll
- →Optimize CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV
- →Conduct structured A/B testing across copy, creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels
- →Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structure based on data
- →Ensure campaigns comply with platform ad policies and healthcare regulations
- →Build and optimize landing page funnels
- →Develop lifecycle marketing engine including SMS and email automation
- →Build reporting dashboards and monitor key metrics
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in performance or growth marketing
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Tiktok Ads, Microsoft Ads, App Lovin, and Ad Roll
- ✓Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or regulated products preferred
- ✓Experience with subscription-based businesses strongly preferred
- ✓Strong CRO mindset
- ✓Experience building SMS + email lifecycle automations
- ✓Comfortable operating in a startup environment with ownership
