About the Role
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth company focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to merge world-class aesthetic design with deep functional logic, ensuring seamless user experiences across our telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate high-fidelity Figma mocks into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences
- →Own the end-to-end design roadmap for the e-commerce and checkout experience
- →Maintain a modular component library and use purposeful animations
- →Analyze conversion funnels and subscription retention to design high-impact features
- →Partner with Lead and Senior Engineers to ensure designs are compatible with modern web stacks
- →Ensure all designs maintain HIPAA and SOC2 compliance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in e-commerce, fintech, or health-tech
- ✓Proven experience managing intricate state machines
- ✓Strong understanding of modern web stacks and performance impact
- ✓Experience with AI-assisted tools and LLM APIs
- ✓Uncompromising eye for detail in typography, spacing, and micro-interactions
- ✓Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make high-leverage decisions
- ✓Professional proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration
