About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our Regulatory Product Operations team at Lyft. This role involves independently owning strategy and execution for several end-to-end projects or program areas, driving the delivery of complex regulatory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently drive projects of small to medium scope and complexity from ideation to delivery
- →Build and leverage a strong technical foundation of Lyft services
- →Improve existing processes and mitigate delays in execution
- →Assemble and present recommendations to leadership
- →Use data to track performance and support your recommendations
- →Build an effective project core team and mentor team members
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role
- ✓Demonstrated ability to own multiple project workstreams end-to-end with limited oversight
- ✓Proficient level understanding of technical products and services
- ✓Able to interpret data and metrics to measure success and identify improvements
- ✓Experience or strong interest in navigating complex, shifting regulatory landscapes
- ✓High sense of urgency and ownership over both personal goals and shared team outcomes
