About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Care Navigator to join our team. This role focuses on managing crises, providing phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality providers and facilities. The position involves supporting clients exclusively by phone and email, not providing in-person services or therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Skillfully manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, providing brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation
- →Identify roadblocks to clinical care options using proprietary software and other methods to connect clients to ideal treatment based on needs and preferences
- →Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients
Requirements
- ✓Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent with LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure, or Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN)
- ✓Two years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience
- ✓Two years of post-license experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)
- ✓Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting
- ✓Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred
- ✓Must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm PT shift
