About the Role

Lyra Health is seeking a licensed clinical therapist to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. This contract position involves working with well-matched clients through Lyra's provider network, with a strong preference for in-person care delivery in specified locations.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices
→Deliver therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families with diverse mental health needs
→Manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed
→Maintain office space for in-person client sessions

Requirements

✓Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
✓Unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) without disciplinary action
✓Experience with evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices
✓Ability to provide care to various client populations with preference for in-person delivery
✓Must have office space in Arkansas area
✓Experience managing risk and clinical crises
✓Full-time resident of the United States
