About the Role
Mach Industries is seeking a Program Operations Manager to coordinate, plan, and execute flight test and demonstration activities. This hands-on role will centralize and elevate operational planning across Flight Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate flight test, demonstration, and exercise activities at customer, range, and partner interfaces
- →Build and maintain integrated visibility into test and exercise schedules, highlighting dependencies and readiness issues
- →Serve as the central coordination point for external-facing operational planning
- →Act as the primary point of contact for ranges, customers, and partners during tests and demonstrations
- →Own and track documentation required for flight operations and tests
- →Coordinate export, shipping, and compliance artifacts
- →Track cross-functional action items and identify at-risk tasks
- →Track costs associated with tests, demos, and exercises
Requirements
- ✓Experience in program management, operations, or project coordination in defense or aerospace
- ✓Demonstrated experience interfacing with external stakeholders
- ✓Strong familiarity with operational documentation and compliance requirements
- ✓Ability to manage multiple parallel efforts and track complex dependencies
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Willingness to travel as required

- ✓This is a senior individual contributor position with clear ownership of program operations. As Mach's test activity increases, the scope may scale through additional operational support while maintaining focus on coordination and operational discipline.
