About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to support our Chief Technology Officer at Machinify, a leading healthcare intelligence company. You will act as a force multiplier for the technology organization, ensuring the CTO’s vision translates into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive the operating rhythm of the technology organization, including quarterly and annual planning cycles
→Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CTO, preparing them for high-stakes meetings and representing their perspective
→Act as a bridge between engineering and other business functions, ensuring technology plans align with company-wide priorities
→Partner with finance to manage the technology budget, building financial models and analyzing trade-offs

Requirements

✓Experience operating in deeply technical environments, ideally as a prior Chief of Staff or operational leader supporting a CTO or VP of Engineering
✓Track record of building and running planning processes, including OKRs, budgets, and headcount plans
✓Ability to connect operational details to the bigger picture and shape narratives for leadership
✓Strong executive presence, comfortable representing leadership in senior forums
✓Excellent communication skills, able to adapt messages for different audiences
