About the Role
Madhive is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic consultant for their highest-value enterprise clients. This client-facing role requires a unique blend of technical skill and social intelligence to help clients understand the value Madhive provides.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Sales and Client Success to act as the dedicated data consultant for specific enterprise accounts
- →Create bespoke, client-ready presentations that explain insights and provide actionable recommendations
- →Proactively monitor client campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- →Build tailored Looker dashboards or reports that address specific client KPIs
- →Provide clients with vertical-specific insights to help shape their media strategy
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Stats, CS, etc.)
- ✓2-5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a client-facing capacity
- ✓Strong SQL proficiency is required. Experience with Python/R is a plus
- ✓Expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and the ability to design aesthetically pleasing client deliverables
- ✓Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) for creating external-facing views
- ✓Clear communicator with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
