About the Role
We are looking for a Hardware Operations Lead to join Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigative software. This role will oversee daily operations across Hardware Ops, including shipping, fulfillment, RMAs, and hardware builds.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage daily operations for Hardware Ops, including shipping, fulfillment, hardware builds, and RMA processes
- →Oversee end-to-end inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels
- →Own the full RMA lifecycle, including tracking, analysis, and resolution of defective units
- →Act as the escalation point for operational issues and provide on-site support when required
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support GTM readiness for new hardware products
- →Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and quality
- →Monitor KPIs and generate reports on operational performance
- →Mentor and develop team members
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in hardware operations, logistics, or supply chain roles
- ✓Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Ability to work hands-on and provide on-site support during escalations
- ✓Expertise in inventory management and hardware fulfillment processes
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Proficiency with operational tools and systems (e.g., SmartSheet, Jira, Salesforce)
