About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Magnet Forensics. This role is crucial in our strategic growth plans, focusing on generating and qualifying sales opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify all inbound leads generated by marketing based on defined criteria
- →Generate New Logo pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads
- →Leverage prospecting strategies including phone, email, and social networking to connect with prospective customers
- →Work closely with our sales team to schedule discovery meetings with sales-ready leads
- →Manage new contacts via our CRM platform (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy for long-term pipeline development
- →Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects and build strong relationships
- →Work as part of a cross-functional team and build strong relationships across the organization
Requirements
- ✓You have a never give up attitude and are an organized self-starter with excellent follow-through
- ✓You are goal-oriented and have a hunter spirit, with an innate desire to succeed
- ✓You have 2+ years experience in Sales or SDR roles and can work under pressure
- ✓You have a University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- ✓You have strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent verbal & written communication skills
- ✓You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter
- ✓You feel comfortable working in English and speak at least one additional European Language (preferably DE or FR)
