About the Role
We are looking for a Creator Sourcing Specialist to join Make, a leading visual platform that enables anyone to design, build, and automate tasks without coding skills. This role blends creative judgment with operational excellence, focusing on sourcing creators, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to improve future work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and identify creators aligned with campaign goals and audience fit
- →Build and maintain creator lists and databases based on platform, niche, geography, and content style
- →Track trends, emerging creators, and competitor activity
- →Support outreach, follow-ups, and creator communication
- →Keep status tracking and communication organized and reliable
- →Support campaign execution from setup to wrap-up
- →Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and usage rights
- →Track campaign results across creators, platforms, and formats
- →Maintain performance data in spreadsheets and reporting tools
- →Help identify patterns and takeaways from results
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of major social and creator platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn; Reddit is a plus)
- ✓Strong research skills and ability to assess creator fit beyond surface metrics
- ✓Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and numbers
- ✓Clear written English for outreach and internal communication
- ✓High attention to detail and strong organization across multiple moving parts
- ✓Genuine interest in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and digital culture
