About the Role
We are looking for a Performance-Driven Motion Designer to join our Creative Production team at Welltech. This role focuses on creating high-impact visual assets for social media platforms that drive results and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create high-converting motion content for Facebook, Google, and TikTok, prioritizing the first 3 seconds to maximize engagement.
- →Analyze creative performance data alongside the marketing team to double down on winning concepts and pivot away from low performers.
- →Design high-energy transitions, dynamic typography, and compositing sequences that feel native to social platforms while staying on-brand.
- →Partner with Video Producers and Growth Managers to brainstorm concepts that align with specific KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV).
- →Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving feedback to elevate the team’s conversion-centric design thinking.
- →Stay ahead of social media trends and platform-specific aesthetics to keep our brands relevant.
Requirements
- ✓A portfolio that proves you are a top-tier graphic designer who happens to be a master of motion.
- ✓Deep understanding of the technical and psychological nuances of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad formats.
- ✓Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- ✓Experience using Figma as a primary collaborative tool.
- ✓Ability to articulate why a creative decision was made in the context of business goals and user behavior.
- ✓Fluent English with the ability to pitch creative ideas clearly and concisely.
