We are looking for a Sales Stack Product Manager to join our team at Malt. This role focuses on maximizing the productivity of our commercial members through technology and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Stack Strategy & ROI: Audit current usage of tools and decide which to keep or replace
- →Sales Journey Design: Collaborate with Commercial & Marketing Teams to design efficient sales processes
- →Stack Enablement & Adoption: Define training and communication strategy for sales tools
- →AI Transformation Lead: Identify and implement AI-powered selling solutions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting
- ✓Vision for modern sales organizations with focus on conversion rates and sales velocity
- ✓Expertise in convincing sales teams to adopt new ways of working
- ✓Interest in generative AI and automation tools
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and KPIs
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Fluent in English (French is a plus)
