About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team at Mapbox. This role involves ensuring that Mapbox aligns with quality standards and complies with various certifications, working directly with automotive customers to implement appropriate quality measures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own ISO 9001 compliance certification
- →Consult on ASPICE/SPICE implementation across the company
- →Maintain a database of relevant process compliance commitments
- →Program manage the implementation of commitments across Mapbox
- →Escalate as needed to drive executive alignment on meeting OEM expectations
- →Provide first-level responses on RFQs related to Quality
- →Prepare documentation for various audit/submittal processes
- →Prepare for and attend in-person audits, representing Mapbox
Requirements
- ✓Clear and persuasive communication of complex information
- ✓Subject matter expertise in quality best practices
- ✓Ability to quickly make correct risk assessments
- ✓Desire to share expertise through documentation and mentorship
- ✓Personal drive to explore new tasks and domains
- ✓Experience working with diverse individuals
- ✓Autonomy and proactivity in driving work to completion
- ✓Experience with ISO 9001, ASPICE, SPICE, and TISAX compliance standards
- ✓3-5 years of experience in a quality compliance related role
- ✓Bachelor’s degree, with a technical emphasis a plus
