About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our senior investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap in Seattle. This role involves providing financial and analytical support across all aspects of the investment sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare financial models for commercial real estate valuation
- →Underwrite multifamily properties and analyze investment performance
- →Prepare marketing proposals and meeting presentation materials
- →Conduct market research to support underwriting and property evaluations
- →Track market trends, including rental growth, development activity, and sales comparables
- →Respond to client requests for property information in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience
- ✓Experience in financial analysis and real estate underwriting
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ✓Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple assignments
- ✓Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- ✓Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
