About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing to support commercial real estate agents by creating and managing digital marketing assets. This fully remote role involves working collaboratively with a team to enhance agents' digital presence and optimize company-supported marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain agent websites using approved platforms and templates
- →Create, update, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and Salesforce
- →Maintain an updated catalog of digital templates and assets
- →Act as the main point of contact for agents and partners, addressing their digital marketing needs
- →Maintain streamlined workflows for system integration and task completion
- →Monitor and track key digital marketing metrics and compile relevant reports
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field
- ✓Strong written communication skills for creating compelling, error-free content
- ✓Outstanding customer service orientation with commitment to high-quality support
- ✓Basic image editing skills for resizing and optimizing graphics
- ✓Experience using task management systems such as Asana or Jira
- ✓Technical aptitude to learn and navigate digital platforms like Salesforce and CMS tools
- ✓Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable with strong attention to detail
