About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a leading multifamily real estate team in Portland, Oregon. This in-person role involves project management, marketing, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide administrative and executive support to a top multifamily real estate team
→Manage marketing campaigns including Constant Contact emails, physical mail, and postcard campaigns
→Monitor and report on client engagement with listings
→Create and manage follow-up lists to ensure timely completion of deliverables
→Create and proofread marketing materials such as property proposals, offering memorandums, and digital content
→Research and manage property inventory and comparable properties
→Perform quality control and document management for real estate transactions
→Maintain organized electronic files and support in collecting outstanding items
→Handle database entry and updates, with Salesforce experience as a plus
→Complete additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

✓Real estate or escrow experience is strongly desired
✓Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to work with InDesign templates
✓Excellent organizational and project management skills
✓Strong time management and ability to coordinate with others to meet deadlines
✓High proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓High attention to detail with ability to proofread and error-check
✓Ability to produce high-quality detailed work independently and timely
✓Desire to learn and grow in the industry and master new computer programs
✓Professional, motivated, and customer-service oriented attitude
