<div>Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Senior Financial Analyst to support the an Office & Industrial Team in the New York City office. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, minimum of four years in real estate experience, highly proficient in excel and argus, understand financials at a high level, has experience in data analytics, and has strong Salesforce, databasing, written, and verbal skills. This position will provide knowledge of the innerworkings of the brokerage industry while working alongside a high production brokerage team.</div>

<div>The base salary range for this role is $38.46 β $52.89 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Responsibilities
β’ Underwrite single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties at a high level
β’ Pull sales comparables
β’ Use Argus
β’ Work hand in hand with Marketing Coordinator
β’ Understands financials, P&L, and real estate related documents, can dissect
β’ Understands how to price a property based on sales comparables
β’ Manage and oversee team research projects
β’ Use Placer.AI to understand the properties visitor statistics
β’ Draft detailed write-ups on retailers, investment highlights and location overviews
β’ Work alongside lead agents to determine financial needs
β’ Attends meetings with brokers and clients to explain underwriting
β’ Communicate with Director of Operations and Marketing Coordinator to create marketing materials and assist in the escrow/closing process
β’ General team support based on client needs
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business / Real Estate / Finance or other related field
β’ Proficient in Salesforce
β’ Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources
β’ Microsoft Office skills, with a strong knowledge of Excel
β’ Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
β’ Highly organized and detail oriented
β’ Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
