Requirements
- ✓6-12 years of IT industry experience
- ✓6+ years in upper-management or program management
- ✓Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field
- ✓Strong knowledge of Project Management Tools (MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI)
- ✓Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- ✓Experience in managing stakeholders
- ✓Working knowledge of Banking and Finance Domain
- ✓Knowledge of change management principles
- ✓PMP or Prince2 certification
- ✓Proven experience managing major projects
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to negotiate and influence business decisions
- ✓Excellent organizational, customer service, and people skills
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines
