About the Role
Mashgin is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote Support Team. You will become a product expert on Mashgin's offerings and handle customer support tickets and calls from clients worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring customer success with our AI-powered checkout systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- →Take charge of customer issues from beginning to end in a dynamic environment
- →Respond to customer escalations and inquiries about hardware and software
- →Maintain expert knowledge of deployment systems and software
- →Use chat, email, and video conferencing to assist customers
- →Resolve issues using support documents
- →Become a product expert as a go-to resource for customers and team members
- →Travel occasionally (10%) to help deploy new locations
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Self-starter capable of working independently
- ✓Resourceful problem-solver for complex issues
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Prior IT Helpdesk experience
