Hinge is looking for a Lead UX Researcher to enhance user experiences globally and promote inclusive, data-driven innovation across product groups. This role involves exploring how users form connections worldwide and ensuring the platform provides equitable experiences for all.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead research strategy for Growth product teams, ensuring research informs product decisions.
- →Conduct end-to-end research using various methods to help achieve team goals.
- →Research into international expansion, monetization, and merchandising.
- →Develop inclusive products by understanding different audience needs and accessibility requirements.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify research questions and prioritize projects.
- →Generate actionable insights to guide product development.
- →Champion culture and clarity in communication.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of user research experience, including 2-3 years in consumer-facing product research.
- ✓Experience with international research in non-US markets.
- ✓Experience with monetization, subscriptions, or new revenue streams.
- ✓Strong quantitative skills and expertise in developing measurement frameworks.
- ✓Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and dashboard creation with R, Python, SPSS, or Looker.
- ✓Strong communicator with the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- ✓Proactive in building relationships with cross-functional partners.
- ✓Eager to learn, collaborate, and mentor other researchers.
- ✓Passion for inclusive and accessible design and strategy.
