We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our ML/AI Squad, working on strategic projects that directly impact millions of daily users across our dating platforms. This role involves building and productionizing machine learning solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving complex challenges in fraud prevention, matching algorithms, and user experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• →Explore, design, and build AI prototypes to enhance user experiences
• →Collaborate with Data Scientists to build, deploy, and test ML solutions in production
• →Write optimized, performant, scalable, and maintainable code
• →Design scalable solutions for productionizing machine learning models
• →Develop tools and pipelines for tracking models and experiments
• →Implement data pipelines that ingest real-time data to power models
• →Manage ML model lifecycle including versioning, training, deployment, and monitoring
• →Maintain and operate algorithms, codes, and models in production
• →Research tools and technologies to accelerate development
• →Establish best practices for ML engineering and evangelize data-driven culture
