About the Role
Matic is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own their dynamic hiring needs across the entire organization. This role will have significant impact and ownership of all aspects of talent acquisition in Matic’s startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- →Leverage your network and social recruiting strategies for active sourcing of top talent
- →Evaluate the insurance market landscape and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- →Develop and execute long-term hiring strategies to elevate business unit performance
- →Use data-driven approaches to improve candidate approach and recruitment outcomes
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- ✓Experience recruiting licensed insurance producers
- ✓Experience working in multiple markets
- ✓Experience working directly with hiring leaders to shape assessment and interview processes
- ✓Experience in developing and executing active candidate sourcing strategies
- ✓Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple departments and seniority levels
- ✓Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS software (BambooHR preferred)
