About the Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to join Matillion, the intelligent data integration platform. In this role, you will be the architect of how users interact with our product, working at the intersection of visionary engineering and real-world business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate Vision to Action: Engage with GTM teams to understand complex customer needs and break them down into actionable work for R&D teams.
- →Simplify the Complex: Frame intricate data architectural concepts in simple, high-impact language for stakeholders.
- →Drive the Roadmap: Define and execute product strategy for key areas of the Matillion platform.
- →Customer Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the customer" within engineering.
- →Market Intelligence: Monitor the data landscape to provide sales and marketing teams with technical ammunition.
Requirements
- ✓Strong data warehousing experience, specifically with Snowflake and Databricks.
- ✓Proven track record as a Product Manager within the B2B SaaS space.
- ✓Deep understanding of the competitor landscape.
- ✓Ability to practice extreme customer empathy while remaining highly technical.
- ✓Comfortable working alongside Sales and Marketing to validate ideas.
