About the Role
We are looking for an IT Collaboration Technical Lead to join our clientβs team in KrakΓ³w. This role involves overseeing Office 365 and Azure services, developing automation solutions, and leading a team in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βOversee daily administration, monitoring, and improvement of Office 365 and Azure services
- βDevelop and optimize automation and low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- βCollaborate with Solution Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders on new technical solutions
- βCreate and maintain technical documentation and deliver training sessions
- βLead, mentor, and develop the team by delegating tasks and conducting performance reviews
Requirements
- βMinimum 5 years of experience in IT, with supporting and implementing Office 365 services
- βMinimum 3 yearsβ experience managing teams in a multinational environment
- βProven experience designing, developing, and supporting Office 365 solutions
- βHands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform
- βVery good English communication skills
- βITIL Foundation certification (or knowledge)
